Located within 150 kms from the city of Mumbai , the commercial capital of India and a major port.

The plant is spread over 10,000 sqr. Mts. With a built-up area of approximately 15,000 sqr. Mts. Comprising of factory administrative building , laboratory building , stores building, solvent stores building , plant building , utility building , workmen rest room , workmen toilet building , solid waste storage building and effluent treatment plant .

Plant Building :
The plant building , a four storied M . S . Cum civil structure , is designed as a drop-plant to facilate flow of process on the principals of gravitational flow and minimise physical handling of material . Closed dedicated clean rooms have been constructed for each product from filtration stage till final packing and storage which also involves product drying and sieving activities.

Within the plant building array are installed state of the art equipment each dedicated for specific reaction / distillation / extraction, as per process requirements, for individual product, with glass lining / carbon lining / stainless steel construction and having capacities ranging from 100 ltrs. To 3000 ltrs., Totalling a capacity volume of approximately 40000 ltrs.

Each reactor has adaptability for circulation of cooling tower or refrigerated coolant, in case of exothermicity of reactions. Reactors used for Halogenation have scrubbers installed.

Process instrumentation like Ph meters / dial thermometers / pressure gauges , necessiated have been installed.

Unit processes undertaken are reactions involving Halogenation / Alkylation / acid chlorides / esterification / amination / catalytic hydrogenation / thiolation / arylation / condensation / cyclisation / hetrocycles / chiral technology using chiral building blocks / catalytic processes.

Dedicated ancillary equipments like centrifuges / neutshe filters / storage tanks / addition tanks / fluid bed dryers / vibrating sieving machine , of gmp standards are installed as per requirements.

Underground water storage RCC tank and LDO storage ( for boiler ) facilities have been provided.

UTILITY BUILDING :
An utility building having installed equipments for unit operations that can be carried out at full vacuum to atmospheric pressure and at temperatures ranging from -10 c upto 150 c which is supplemented with a centralised motor control centre connected to a transformer and a standby dg set capable of running the plant at full capacity.

PACKING AREA :
Closed rooms of rcc construction as per gmp guidelines with extra smooth flooring and walls and air handling units installed for clean dust free atmosphere. Each room is dedicated for specific product with minimum area of 150 sqr. Mtr. And a separate room for packing material goods of area 410 sqr. Mtr
